Customer Service Representative 100%
On behalf of our client, ProPers AG is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Schaffhausen.
For their Customer Service Team we are looking for a Customer Service Representatives with good communication and multilingual skills. The Customer Service Team is managing all customer orders.
The Customer Service Representatives work closely with their customers, sales managers, planners, production sites and transport companies. The job requires working with different customers in different countries and to be able to provide solutions promptly in a dynamic environment. You will work in an international environment and will report directly to the Demand Chain Manager
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
- Accept orders within pricing limits, and check product and transport availability.
- Plan delivery dates within contracted period, taking into account product availability and priority of previously accepted orders.
- Select most efficient means of transport, and arrange transport within service level agreement terms.
- Suggest alternatives to sales management in case customer priorities, product availability or transport availability have changed.
- Ensure timely availability of documents required for transport or customs.
- Provide customer with samples if requested.
- Investigate and resolve logistic complaints (within competencies).
- Suggest improvements to increase logistic performance, in terms of quality and quantity.
- Full time position temporary for six month
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer service and “can do “ mentality
- Pro-active attitude
- Multi-lingual skills: English and another European language (Spanish, German, French or Italian)
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Accurate way of working
- Experience working within a multi-cultural environment
