Assistant to Executive Management

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the overall support and management assistance to members of our Executive Management team. We are looking for an exceptionally talented, bright and driven person, who is passionate to work in an international and intercultural environment. Are you capable of thinking outside the box and would you like to be challenged everyday?

Key responsibilites

  • Administer complex schedules/calendars of Executive Management members
  • Interacting with Senior Management members, the production facility managers in EMEA and the global headquarter in Latrobe, USA on an international basis to arrange meetings, conference calls, diary scheduling etc.
  • Managing and processing all mail and correspondence as required
  • Travel organization and dealing with travel expense reporting
  • Assisting with organization and the follow up actions of meetings
  • Creation and assistance with Power Point Presentations
  • Pro-Actively working/assisting in international projects
  • Professional planning and organizing of international company events
  • Carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the organisational policies and procedures
  • Managing the Swiss company car fleet
  • Support the local ISO certification tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in owning/ fulfilling an Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant/ Secretarial role at Director and/or Senior Manager level in an international environment
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Comfortable dealing with and handling of confidential information
  • Very good planning and organization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficient skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Very good communication (English and German)
  • Professional and friendly appearance
  • Possession of positive energy and a hands-on mentality
  • Ability to step back and look at the bigger picture
